Join the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) at the ACSA 2026 Conference on Oct. 28 and 29 at the JW Marriott ICE District in Edmonton.
The 2026 Conference will focus on industry collaboration for safety and business excellence, exploring how our members and partners can work together to improve safety and performance across shared worksites. Building on conversations from previous years, the conference will highlight practical strategies, real-world lessons and collaborative approaches that support safer and more connected construction workplaces.
The first evening of the conference will feature the Awards Dinner, a separate ticketed event where industry will recognize individuals and companies in their pursuit of excellence through the ACSA Safety Excellence Awards. The formal program will be followed by live entertainment, networking with speakers and industry leaders, and an exclusive Battle of Alberta watch party.

Lisa Nakamura
Lisa Nakamura is a leadership consultant, coach and facilitator with more than 40 years of experience helping construction and heavy manufacturing organizations strengthen culture, develop leaders and improve performance.
A trained Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) facilitator, certified executive coach and High Performance Leadership professional, Lisa brings a practical, disciplined and people-focused approach to safety, accountability and leadership development. She also holds an eighth-degree black belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate.
