Lisa Nakamura is a leadership consultant, coach and facilitator with more than 40 years of experience helping construction and heavy manufacturing organizations strengthen culture, develop leaders and improve performance.
A trained Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) facilitator, certified executive coach and High Performance Leadership professional, Lisa brings a practical, disciplined and people-focused approach to safety, accountability and leadership development.
